Phone, address and email
The fastest way to reach a plumber is by phone at (385) 488-1892. The line takes emergency calls day and night, and routine requests are booked for same-day or later appointments when available. A dispatcher answers, so you do not need to leave a message.
Our address is 3500 E Ruby Ln, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005. Plumbers work in the field, so call before visiting. Email goes to contact@proplumbingeaglemountain.com. Use the phone for anything with moving water, since a call can talk you through shutting it off.
Emergency call or routine call: which is yours
If you are unsure, call anyway and ask. The dispatcher will sort it out in a minute.
| Situation | Type | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Water spraying, pouring or flooding a room | Emergency | Close the main valve and call at once |
| Sewage backing up through drains | Emergency | Stop all water use and call at once |
| Water heater leaking from the tank | Emergency | Turn off power or gas and the cold valve, then call |
| No hot water, no visible leak | Same day | Check the breaker or pilot, then call |
| Dripping faucet or running toilet | Routine | Close the fixture's valve and book a visit |
| Planning a remodel or new fixtures | Routine | Call during the day to schedule |
What to say on the call
Start with your street address and the nearest cross street. Then say what you see, hear or smell, such as a ceiling stain, a gurgling drain or a tank that is hissing. Mention whether you closed the main shutoff and whether anyone is in danger.
If you smell gas, leave the building first and call 911 or the gas utility. Phone us afterward. A gas smell is never something to troubleshoot from inside the house.
Have these ready before you dial
The list is short, and it speeds up the plan for your visit.
- Address, cross street and a gate or door code if you have one
- A number that you will answer when the plumber calls back
- Where the problem is, such as kitchen, basement or yard
- How long it has been happening
- Water heater type and age, if that is the issue
- Photos of the leak, the meter or the heater label if safe to take
Why there are no forms
A form cannot tell you to close a valve while water is moving. A call can. That is why every request here goes through a phone line and not a web form or chat window.
If you are comparing providers, look at the services page to see what we handle. People in the next town east can read the Saratoga Springs page. The service area page lists the Eagle Mountain neighborhoods we dispatch to.
Who else to call for city-side problems
Some problems belong to the city, not a plumber. For water supply questions, the Eagle Mountain City Water Department is at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run. For permits on water heaters or major repairs, call the Building Department at 801-789-6614, since permit rules vary.
Before any digging in your yard, call 811 for Blue Stakes of Utah. If you plan to hire anyone for plumbing work, look up the license in the state's Verify a License lookup.
Common questions
Do you answer the phone at night?
Yes. Emergency calls are taken day and night at (385) 488-1892.
Can I send photos?
The dispatcher can tell you whether photos help. Give the situation by phone first, since a call can guide you through shutting the water off.
Is there a form on the site?
No. The site has none, and the phone is the only call to action.
What if the main valve will not close?
Tell the dispatcher at once. Keep power off near the water and move valuables, and the plumber will plan for a stuck valve.
Where the rules come from
Our pages describe plumbing in plain words. The code that governs the work is the International Plumbing Code as Utah adopts it, and the sources below let you confirm a license or a permit rule yourself.
